CITIZENCENTRIC SERVICES OF CUTTACK DISTRICT OFFICE
    The detail guidelines formulated for this purpose are as follows.
     
  1. Registration of Marraige has been made compulsory w.e.f. 15.07.2006.
     
  2. All Marraiges are required to be registered within 30 days from the date of Solemnization of the marraige of fees Rs.7/- of Treasury Challan will be deposited in the Miscelleneous Head of Account (XXX-VI-Misc-6.Misc-F Misc-0210 Medical & P.H.04-P.H.-800 Other Receipt),failing which Rs 25/-(total Rs 32/-) will be collected towards the penalty from the defaulters.
     
  3. The following documents are required:
     
    ♦ Invitation Card(Both of Bride and Groom).
     
    ♦ Joint Photograph of Marraige.
     
    ♦ Joint Affidavit.
     
    ♦ Both the Bride And Groom will appear with their Guardians before the Registrar.
     
    ♦ Local Residence Proof i.e. Holding Receipt/Electrical Bill/Telephone Bill/Voter ID/Residential Certificate from Tahasildar(either from Groom/Bride residing in that Area).
